For the last 13 years I currently reside in Central New York which IMO is the arm pit of New York (Although I suppose it could be worst I could be living in New York city where the rats are the size of domestic cats 
)
like the majority of society been a slave to the system my contribution to society is a civil servant.
The question of major concern is I have a very weak mathematical background will that hinder me in my journey?
What study material books should I be reading.

I see you’re looking at your mathematical background and how it might affect your attempt at trading successfully. It may only be a problem if you didn’t recognize it and plan for it. Which from what I’m seeing you are.
I would suggest going through the BP School of Pipsology, you’ll get answers to even the questions you never thought to ask.
