Please help explain this for me

Please help explain this to me, “time frame and trading environment”. I have read it in babypips but still confused . Thanks

If you’ve opened a demo account to practice and experiment on, time frames are the Broker’s platform charts which normally range from 1M to MN, and on which you can choose to trade.

The trading environment relates to what’s happening in the market that changes the price action - which could be major events like the Ukraine war affecting the USD and EUR, and/or other major economical issues. The London and NY opening sessions are those with high volatility, where prices rise and fall quickly.

Hope that helps.

Perfect explanation. Cant add anymore, simple and to the point

To add to that point it is well worth using a demo or Trading View and seeing this for yourself. One thing to hear people say it but to see it is to believe and crucially trust the way the market moves.

Thank you, I understand the time frame completely now, the environment I have to study it more to totally comprehend it, thanks again

External factors which may influence the movement of price.
