Ok, every time i open a new chart and try to change it to a candlestick chart, it stays as little green lines (not bar or line)

when i change it to a line chart, it works, but it will not work for candles.

this only happens when i open a new chart. existing charts i can change their display methods with no problems.

i have tried 3 ways of changing it to candlesticks.

Please someone help me im ready to throw my computer at a wall.

zoom in cos otherwise they look completely the same try it i just did it and it works

I am thinking two thing:

  1. colours used in chart for the bars is black for the bodies.
  2. Your chart data is not correct and your chart is perfectly showing the data that you have. Do you have data in your database for the timeframe and cross you are making a chart off? Click F2 to see this.

I too agree with certicex. Default settings open Zoom out charts. Here You will see your bar chart and candlestick chart as green lines. First, you may click on the candlestick tab to select your chart type. Then Click 2 or 3 times on the Zoom in button and I am sure, you will see your desired candlestick chart.
