I use ac-markets free web tools; they are for free and easy to download, on their web site in their resources section

For a beginner it is recommended to start with a demo account.Start with metaquotes.net.It is free for unlimited period,you finalise the strategy and then choose the ideal broker for you based on your strategy.Now you start a demo account with your broker of choice for atleast 2months and optimise your EA according to your brokers time and other criterias.Then only go for live account.
Selection of broker is not very simple as most of us may think.Sometimes You may realise that you have wrongly selected the broker only after you have gone long.Ultimately all depends on your strategy,whether you are a scalper or not,whether you want automated trading or not etc
