Hey guys,
I am going to be receiving a relatively large sum of money from a client in the US (I am up in Canada). I was wondering if anyone had any tips or predictions on how I could make the most out of this money (eventually, money in CAD).
Should I hold onto the US funds? Should I get rid of them as fast as possible?
Any ideas for investments (preferably not, but open to ideas), or fx futures for the client (a definate possibility)
Any advice here would be greatly appreciated, as I am definately a newbie regarding forex.

As well can anyone give me advice on fx futures? I am a complete newbie for sure so ANYTHING would be appreciated, maybe websites that I could get more info on how to deal with this.

If you’re a noob with forex, or currency futures, don’t use your client’s money in either one.
You’ll have a very unhappy client.
No the money would be mine, I am doing a job for them and they would be paying me. I just wanted to see if I could, and more so should, setup a fx futures contract or whether I should take cash in hand and exchange it myself to CAD. I was wondering if there is any potential profit to be made in this endeavor. I’m at a loss as to where to go with this.
Any advice, especially in depth direction for where I can find info, would be appreciated.
