Problem with MTF Analysis Paralysis and Messy Charts

I have been trading consistently (LOSING) for 4 years i still havent overcome this analysis paralysis. I think i understand alot of trading in theory but the application is by far the most difficult part.

When using multiple timeframe analysis I get into an issue that by the time i reach my entry timeframe (1 hour) i get analysis paralysis too much lines and all of them seem to be relevant at the time. when price starts moving i cant tell whether i wanna go long or short and when i do decide whether to go long or short price literally reverses almost immediately against me.

I use price action support/resistance trendlines supply demand .

this happens whether i use two or three time frames , And if im being honest even when i use one i end up with too many lines but theres space to trade .

Hi, maybe you will write something about yourself at the beginning? instead of describing the problem in the first post. Regards Greg

Okay edited the post Thanks

Consulting a higher time-frame chart is always useful for a better perspective on the market’s underlying tendencies, but its simply wrong - my opinion - to do the same TA on the higher chart as you would on your “trade” chart.

Bear in mind you need a plan before you see the chart, then its your plan, not the market’s. Know what you’re going to look for before you start searching.

Identify in advance from your strategy what you need to search for in your primary time-frame TA. And then what you need to find from your higher time-frame chart: but on this chart only look for features that the primary chart cannot reveal and which are essential for the trade’s design and management.

Have you considered just using less trading styles eg only price action and supply demand?

If you post some charts showing an example of a trade it might make it easier to help.
