At least 5 or 6 of us, above (including at least a couple with huge experience of the industry), quickly agreed with him - mostly in well-informed, well-reasoned posts - that most regulators really are a scam.
But that isn’t enough for him.
He already “knows” that “all” regulators are a scam, by definition, so he doesn’t need to learn anything, or to look at any evidence at all, or to consider any opinions that are less than identical to his own. 
And obviously he doesn’t need to answer or even think about questions like the obvious one asked here. 
People certainly interact with others, in forums, in a wide variety of ways!
