Scalping Pair GBP/JPY

Hi all,

I find GBP/JPY good scalping because the pair move so much, anyone agree? The only bummer is the spread, 8 pips!

Oanda will give you a 6 pip spread during high volume market hours. Big difference if you are scalping

Hi Tony,

Im here in UK and I use IG Index and Capital Spreads. Both are good but the problem I found with IG is, if you want a guaranteed stop you have to pay an extra spread ! I have no experience with Oanda.

you can make a career out of the GBP/JPY if you build a decent strategy. USD/JPY isnt bad either since you don’t have that wide spread but doesnt move quite as much as GBP/JPY
