Legitimate business respects the rules of fair trading and if a customer has been wronged, it is in the best intention of the business to rectify it ASAP

in the case of a scam business THAT ACCEPTS THAT ITāS REPUTATION WILL BE GARBAGE ANYWAY and itās part of the business model, because they have an exit strategy and they will likely come into the industry with the same thing under a different name
in this case, to them it is of no consequence what their reputation is
this is why they are not responding
