I was actually looking for something else regarding Forex and I was led here so I thought I’d check it out. My screen name is reesasamoa. Reese from Samoa :slight_smile:

I was introduced to Forex by a cousin but it was one of those MLM things where you gained money by building a team. I joined to help her out, which I didn’t mind, but I realized as I was sitting on the team meetings that I could probably learn this on my own without paying a monthly fee so I started researching and found that I could. I found a broker, opened up a dummy account, and started learning.

I’d really like to become a full-time trader so I can be home for my kids. Well, these days, I actually work from home but I would like to have the freedom of really being available for my kids. To sum it all up, my kids are my why.

I’m hoping to learn some things here that will help further my success.

Hi reesasamoa!
I got started trading for the same reasons - I wanted to stay home with my kids and to be able to support them more financially along with my husband’s job. It took a lot of work, but it was so worth it in the end. I couldn’t imagine going back to a real job at this point.
