You don’t have to have all the answers, if you wanna pursue something.
I was reading about a big company that had to lay off over 1,000 employees during the housing crash of 2008.
Companies boast about having a family environment. But make no mistake. They will drop you and no one will care. During COVID, Unions didn’t do anything to fight for members’ jobs.
Sure, it’s nothing personal. So, you should treat them the same way.
I remember reading some advice about transitioning from your 9-5 job to entrepreneurship:
Get as far as you can on someone else’s dime.
And don’t bother feeling bad about it either. Remember: it’s nothing personal.
I’ve read comments online about Elon Musk and his family’s wealth. Some people act like the only reason he has done so well financially is because his family had a diamond mine.
I don’t know how much of that is true. But from my experience, money isn’t enough to get to his level of accomplishments. You need know-how.
Let’s assume he did come from wealth, he’s worked hard and certainly didn’t let that wealth go to waste.
Just keep in mind that there are plenty people who win the lottery and lose every penny. There are lots of families that build wealth, pass it on, and their children neither maintain it or grow it—they lose it.
