Yup. And that might include leaving behind some parts of yourself. During that process, people around you will put those old parts of yourself back in your mind when you hang out with them.
Unfortunately, you’ll have to distance yourself for some time in order to advance on your path.
The toilet’s clogged, and you’ve been tinkering for two hours trying to fix it. But you have an emergency fund for such occasions, and you have no problem paying extra for the plumber to come immediately.
Not everyone in your circle wishes to see you succeed; if it’s friends, I recommend that you distance yourself from them, and if it’s family, you might want to visit them on special occasions, and if they continue to harbor negativity, it’s best to move on from them as well.
And I agree. You can trade anywhere there’s a wifi connection.
What an opportunity!!
@SmallPaul If you had a connection thru a pocket modem, do you think you would trade lakefront for a day (assuming there’s no one around to bother you)?
Flying first class. Not because you got a hook up from a friend who works for the airline, or because you racked up points (and debt) on your credit card, but because you studied hard and your trading is going well.
You must be on your way out of town and spotted a trading opportunity? For me, it would be the Bahamas or Cayman Islands; I enjoy visiting those locations.
To be honest, for me, trading anywhere besides home would be so cool. Because not only am I not chained to a desk, nor bound to a 9-5; but I can trade en route to somewhere else, on a trip paid by my trades.
It’s like, the opposite of a snake eating its own tail.
