Well, if the repeat offerder rates are low, isn’t that the point of prison?
If there are little to no assaults between prisoners, certainly this is a better path than the completely corrupt prisons.
If they’re living a good life temporarily while in prison, oh well. If it helps rehab the prisoners, I’m ok with it.
However, if I were a victim, I’d feel awful knowing that my attacker was living a better life than me in prison.
