Even I wouldn’t recommend this, if that’s what you want, than you will have to find someone to create an EA for you based on your strategy and Indicators you want to use.
What if I don’t want it to place trades? Just to notify me of a set up?
with ea you can set it just to alert,
with my android app . its alert with vibration,sound and article about it.

You need an EA for that. The complexity of it depends on the setup you want to be notified about.
