I want to set up a sell order (short) where the current price is below the sell order(above the current price). But, I want it to execute when the price level bounces back after hitting the Resistance level.
I’m thinking you wish to know how to do this, the only thing I can think of is to setup a price alert.

Yeah, I have learnt, but they haven’t covered it. It is executing during the uptrend.
The pending order system does not think for you - If you set an order at a level, it will fire ! you can’t say "only if i’s beeen up above first and is coming down again ! 
Setup the price alert at resistance, so that you can then setup the sell order.
