Should you use charts synchronized to gmt time or eastern standard time?

I have been trading with FXCM for a couple of years.
They use a MarketScope platform.

Recently, I started trading with MT4 and their bars are synchronized to GMT time while FXCM’s bars are synchronized to Eastern Standard Time.

I find that using charts that are synchronized to GMT time provides a clearer picture of market action and are more accurate than charts using Eastern Standard Time.

Has anyone else noticed this?

I haven’t compared with any other platform running on another time however I will say that gmt works exceptionally well with the way I trade
