How many days have you waited since you told them your issue? Have you tried other points of contact?

Usually when you write a review online where you know they are present, the problem gets fixed because they do not want bad publicity.

Is the regulation country different from where you reside?

please share with us the name of the broker and the country

Indeed important to choose the right broker right from the start. With regulations, you can at least approach the relevant authorities. Almost impossible to get a resolution without.

Should i go to the bank and tell them to open a dispute? They are not replying back… They are overseas… i was going to get help from “mychargeback”… Im confused and dont know whAt to do

That’s bad. No license. No regulation. Getting your money back depends on the goodwill of those guys

So can i take legal actions against them or no? Can i tell them that if they contact me? That if i dont get my money i will take legal actions against them? Whats best to tell them? They dont have any reason not to let me withdraw my money

You can take actions but against a company (if there is such a company) in the Marshal Islands…

What I would do is:

  1. Make a research about them. Read website, docs, forums, company register in Marshal Island. Try to find all possible way of contacting them and all people or other companies connected with them (if there are such)

  2. Write an official letter, one to all those you can find, in which you state the desire to withdrawal and that this is not possible. It should sound like a normal business message. At the end put something that if you do not receive a response from them you will be forced to inform the regulators. Those regulators should be as specific as possible. It depends on your research:

  • where are the affiliated companies, persons located
  • where are you located
  1. After the deadline starts sending messages to those authorities. Don’t expect much but you have an obligation to do so. Because what they can do is ban that company in your country. That will save other people money.

I have seen such cases before with a company in Marshal Islands and it didn’t end well. I don’t want to say that all are cheaters but if they decide to follow the dark side there is not much you can do to get you money back.

I know the damage has been done, but please before you use another broker, come here and post the name and we’ll tell you to go ahead or not. Never use some weird looking broker. Or a broker that is new.
