Subscriptions - Publications

Dear Baby Pips friends. I am looking for new data sources to keep up to date on events affecting currency pairs and was wondering if you could tell about the publications paid or otherwise that you use.

Cheers.

If to talk about sources of information, my top list is the following:

  1. https://www.investing.com/ - one of the greatest feeds for FX news
  2. https://seekingalpha.com/ - free newsfeed for general understanding of the market situation
  3. https://www.investopedia.com/ - great database of market-related definitions
  4. Top of the most useful tips on Forex trading and backtesting to try now! - source of interesting articles on technilcal analysis and indicators.

Among other sources I should mention WSJ and Briefing. They are mostly about commodities and equities, but sometimes you can find interesting ideas even there.

You can find stuff all over the web for information, I have done a lot of research and it seems that you can find pretty much anything for free, so I wouldn’t be paying for anything myself.

The list above looks good.

I agree with this, I would not be paying for this type of information when it is freely accessible on the web.

Thank you very much for the input

This looks good, thanks a lot. Any other ideas please don’t hesitate. Like the FT…etc…

no prob, I mainly use it for looking at news releases, but they have have other news details also. The other sites listed above are helpful also
