Swing low/ swing high

Hi

can someone please explain to me how to identify swing low and swing highs as i do not understand the definition on the website

If your chart starts on price A, ends on higer price B. Then any highest or lowest point in between exceeding A or B is a swing high/low

This is my understanding of swings, if i am wrong correct me.

One bar with a bar on each side that has a lower high.

Or better two bars on each side with a lower high.

Thats the swing high.

The swing low is the opposite.

Also go by the name of fractals, or Demark trendlines.
