I have finally decided to settle with EFX: Experience Forex Freedom, and as a final check on this decision, i want to consult you people to give your views about it and mention all the negatives about this broker.

It discusses both Efx & Hotspot. Also when searching on Efx
on the forum I could not find any results, but when I searched on
Hotspot I found results for both Hotspot & Efx.
That was the reason I quoted to search on Hotspot.
yes… i have seen hotspots… but the prolem is 7500$ they are asking as intital deposit.
as far as EFX are concerned, they have worst platform you will ever see to trade
I guess that depends on your point of view. Personally, I love it.
It may take a bit to set up, but I find the flexibility fantastic. I can preset my order type with SL & TP so I get one click processing. It’s great.
And, their pip-for-pip Trailing Stop is invaluable, IMO.
The only downside is no charts, which they’re fixing now.

Will they be offering charts for free? Do you know when the charts will be up and running? Do you think it’s wise to have preset stops and limits considering every trade is different?
Can you please tell me, when they are launching charts … ?
They already have a beta version with free charts, but it doesn’t work very well.
They’re working on the new version with full charting now and are transferring current clients to it. The demo should be available by early December.
By preset, I mean number of pips, not actual price. For example, one of my strategies would require a 100 pip SL and a 100 pip TP. I can preset that in EFX’s software and get one-click order processing. It’s great.

what about scalping ? is this allowed ? being ecn broker; will it be problem for them ?
True ECN brokers welcome scalpers and EFX has said that. Because they make their money from commissions and not the spread, they get paid whether you win or lose. So, scalping is fine with them.

Come on thok - why do you not look up EFX on the internet for yourself and get all the answers yourself instead of asking indirectly on this forum. :mad:
