Testing and support/ resistance

I noticed minor support and resistance in the Babypips school. Now does a minor support mean that the valley hasn’t been tested enough, or that the support line hasn’t had enough valleys to prove a strong support. Same with strong resistance or strong support. Is it the number of times the support or resistance line hits the valleys or tops or the amount of times the support or resistance is broken. Or what is the reason you call it minor and strong support or resistance. Clarify please.

I copied and pasted this line directly from the Babypips School lesson:

• The more often price tests a level of resistance or support without breaking it,
the stronger the area of resistance or support is.
