Using a stop-loss in your trading strategy is highly effective. You need to consider certain currency pair’s volatility and then set your stop losses according to it. If you’re SL (stop-losses) is too small it will cause a lot of series of small losses! That can result into a big one loses. SL is for avoiding you lost in your money deeper n deeper. But I often not use SL because I know the risk so I facing it up.
Stop loss help us to protect our capital. Without stop loss i do not think there will be any trader i mean any forex trader in this business, forex is a business and any business that do not have stop loss is not a good business. I think every trader of forex market have knowledge about the importance of stop loss. This is a really good strategy to stop our losses in forex trading. We can earn more profit by using stop loss. We should use this strategy.
I’m a little confused here. Maybe I read it wrong. In the first part of the first paragraph you emphasize why people should use a SL, then in the same paragraph you say you often don’t use a SL… Then in the second paragraph you RE-emphasize how important they are. Which is it? :15:
I never make a trade without a SL and I completely agree with your emphasis on using them. This could perhaps confuse some newer people who aren’t exactly up on stop-losses.
Based on my analyze,I think that HE just want to tell us that he do not use SL, and it’s his false on trade.
For me, SL is very important, it can indicating that when the SL touched, it means that our trade in wrong ways.
I think all traders have know more about this…
In Liteforex and some other brokers, I always using SL and never miss to set it up…
