Last year I burned out from working as a Realtor and had always thought I would eventually become an investor/trader, but with the burnout I decided to make that change sooner rather than later.
Currently I’m driving a delivery truck until I can trade full time.
My first step is to start with forex and expand from there. For now I’m working on developing my comfort level with Price Action Trading. Hopefully I can keep up with the journal section of the forum and get some dialog going.
Trading full time requires a lot of capital. I mean a lot. 50-100k for a start. My advice is don’t trade full time yet. Pick a stock or two, a currency or a commodity, learn its behavior and trade it (1-2 instruments max). This won’t require to gaze at the monitor all day and you would still get the learning part to prepare yourself for a full time trader. Welcome!
