I used samtradefx for trading. but my friends give me this chart.
samtrade chart is very different compare to others.
what do you think? is it normal?

I second this. You could always put your money back after if you realise you misjudged.
It seems very strange. Have you compared other charts, as well?

Also, I suggest trying to call their customer support to also see how legit they are. I

You never know, they may have a good explanation. But inaccurate charts can’t be a good thing.
Calling customer service for an explanation is worth a shot. I’m curious how they explain that.
Yes, it looks like a scam. I myself have more than once come across brokers who cheated. Now I use the ExpertOption broker for work, and this result suits me quite well.
Then you should consider starting with a small account and using the inefficiencies in your favour. Eg if on other brokers price is going up and on yours its going down then buy as their price will match the other broker eventually. Got to be careful though as it looks like they are manipulating price as they want maybe to hit stop losses.
If you want to keep to a straight reliable broker then leave this one and join a regulated one.
