I also very recently read from THIS POST for about the next 16/17 short posts, on this subject, and found it very helpful indeed.
This must surely be one of the most misunderstood points in the whole of forex trading? In another well known forex forum, many members seem to imagine that what their CFD broker shows them as “volume” actually is volume. (Understandably, I guess?). In spite of some better informed longstanding members there trying occasionally to explain that it has nothing to do with volume at all.
