Thoughts on scalping? Wondering if anyone has any thoughts on This

Scalping is one of the most difficult trading styles with different pros and cons.
Sometimes it is the first trading style for the newbie trader as it requires relatively small deposit. It is true that it is also do not requires understanding of the situation on the broad market as it is the strategy based on technical analysis. At the same time, trader using scalping should have deep understanding of market mechanism including how his orders will be executed. Scalping is widely promoted by the brokers as scalpers are those who pay huge trading fees as they execute dozens of trades per day.
From the other point of view, scalping requires ability to think and react extremely fast, so it is suitable not for each trader. Sometimes it can also cause sufficient psychological pressure.

For sure, scalping could be the way to grow up small account in short term, but keep in mind that most of scalpers blow up their accounts.

Personally it is not for me, I prefer slightly longer trades from an hour to a couple days. I could never get my head around scalping.

Seeing someone perform scalping is what got me interested in learning forex trading, not learnt it yet, still very new and reading a lot. My goal is to be able to scalp one day.

I would like to master scalping as it would be another feather in my trading cap so yo speak.
However I don’t watch chart watch and scalping requires this and I still work part time so I like swing trades

Scalping takes a specifically professional expertise and requires certain information feeds that most retail traders aren’t familiar with.

Scalping is mostly best left to people working for brokers because they know how to do it correctly and they have an advantage when it comes to spreads.
