Please advise Folks , are Time Expired Pending Orders met at Market Value when live ?
In other words , if my time Expiring Pending Order has been triggered and is Live , will it be closed at MARKET Value when the Expiry time is reached ?

Not sure I follow other then to say MY pending limit/stop orders with a time expiration either are executed when hit or expire, which ever comes first.
Yeh. Not sure myself what the OP means.
If a pending order has been triggered (“and is Live”) then by definition it’s no longer a pending order.
If you’re meaning that you have a pending order with an expiry date and time and it’s still pending awaiting the opening of trading: it will get executed at market value i.e. not necessarily the price at which you placed the order. It’s called slippage and it may be in your favor and it may not be in your favor.
If between @cigarmanstan and myself we’ve not answered your question then please give more detail and/or rephrase the question (maybe provide and example).
Thanks Guys , much appreciated , my question was broadly answered.
In more detail - Assuming a pending order was placed with a Time expiry. The Order price was reached and the Order activated , will it be closed at market value if it reaches expiry time before the Take Profit level ?
Reason I ask is that I use a very strict time line on most of my Pending orders , and when I reference my Tablet History , sometimes the PO has been activated and reached its expiry time. On the Tablet there are just dashed lines with no Order info , just ------- Expired ?
No Info on Profit or Loss , so I can’t see what its done. I am using MT5 and HF.
Oh. I see. Got it. I think.
So you had an entry order placed with a time expiry and on the same order you had a TP order placed so that if the entry order was executed then a TP would automatically be set. Correct??? If so: no. The TP order will not expire. Also: once the original order has been executed then the time expiry simply falls away.
In the above I make the assumption that there were not two SEPARATE orders i.e. one to enter and one to TP. If this is the case and the TP order also has an expiry well then it will expire and which may or may not happen before it’s executed.
As for the last part: have not a clue I’m afraid. Don’t use MT4 or MT5.
(Redacted. Getting way too complicated!!! LOL!!!).
