Writing this pre-market open on 18th March. Since recent highs for CFD companies in early March:
IG Group Holdings PLC = down 14%
CMC Markets PLC = down 24%
Plus 500 = down 18%
All of these firms have under-indexed on the recent fall in the financial markets. But these are still hefty drops and IMO these are strong short-term buys given the recent volatility will likely be generating record revenues for each. Plus 500 in particular I expect to be doing extremely well given its majority b-book model.
Pre-market open the FTSE250 is down a further 3% - so I expect to see even better bargains today.
Not investment advice, just my views and observations being familiar with the industry.
