I’m still confused about the trading times for EUR/USD, GBP/USD . AUD/USD. Also I want to know if my broker is scam @ForexTimes

These pairs, like all pairs, are tradable any time between the open of the Asian/Australasian markets on their Monday morning to the close of the US market on their Friday night. Brokers might suspend trading for short periods, especially around the US daily closes through the week.
The best time to trade forex is another question. Trading is normally easier and costs less due to narrower spreads when volume is high. The highest volumes on a single market are traded on the UK market during its business day, but the US market overlaps by several hours, when the combined volume of currency trading is way higher than the Asian/Australasian markets group.
