What time zone do you live in?

Does it conflict or agree with your trading style?

If you had a preference, what time zone would you choose to compliment your Forex trading?

My time zone is GMT -8. My trading style isn’t dependent on time zones, so I don’t suppose it matters to me.

My time zone is GMT -5 but I set my life to GMT time…

I prefer swing trades, so the time zone it not critical.

Zone preference? Most forex volume seems to occur during the London session. At this point, forex trading is not important enough to change time zones or rest patterns.

GMT+2 and GMT-5 (3 or 4 months a year)

UK here, currently British Summer Time (GMT+1), wouldn’t change it for the world. :slight_smile:

Please what is the Nigerian Time Zone in relation to the EST/ GMT of London and New York trading sessions? Most grateful.

GMT+9. I am sure we are in the best time zone of all since, from here, we can tackle any of the majors in good hours.

Does the +9 applicable to both London time as well as New York? Or it is just for Nigeria? I appreciate your response as i am a newbie here.
