Just to let you know, the site’s current forum platform uses Trust Levels to handle the promotion of your user account and allow you to access more advanced features and responsibilities. Simply put, the higher your trust level is, the more features you can use.

Regarding your question, uploading images and attachments is an action enabled for basic users. Upon checking your account, you already are a basic user, so this isn’t supposed to be a problem.
You can simply drag the photo to your text box or click the upload button found here:
You can repeat the process if you want to upload 2 or more pictures in 1 post.
