Trading in the current climate?

Just as usual. Of course supports and resistance will get broken. Nobody cares about these random levels. You need to know the higher timeframe trend and what price is seeking.

I’ve heard this a lot recently about ‘what price it is seeking’

I’m guessing this is why a lot of people dismiss trend lines…

Yeah I’m taking a step back until things settle

Might be better to say why a lot of people are dismissing retail trading.

Waiting for the trades more than ever that I consider high probability. Aside from that sitting on my hands more than normal.

Really is so key need to have the odds and confluences stacked in our favour to trade

I avoid shorter time frames so that I can avoid noise. The longer time frames show data more clearly and as they cover a long period of time, analysis becomes much more accurate.

That is definitely one way to keep trades on track. The higher timeframes have billions of liquidity and market structure is much more reliable

I might zoom out a little more to check for areas of liquidity and go to higher time frames than normal like you say. But I still think there are setups on LTFs. But they require more HTF confluence for me at the moment.
