i) Deposited with MASTERCARD to My Skrill A/c, Can I send Fund to Another New Skrill A/c,which is not deposited yet but active?
ii) New Skrill Account receives a FUND, no deposit yet but active. Can that Fund be transferred to FUND TRANSFERRER aka My Skrill Account without any complications?
ii.a) Does a new active a/c send and receive money if not deposited and with limit they provide?
