I used to like Anjou pairs, but nowadays, I’m a Bartlett kinda guy.
Stay away from canned pairs. Mushiness is not an attribute.

As a newbie? Your best bet is to initially follow E/U… aside from just now and NFP tommorrow! LOL Its fairly ‘readable’ and the most heavily traded cross globally at around 30% of trading. Hope this helps?
