A purely technical view, I’m seeing an ascending channel on the daily:
On the weekly price is being squeezed (higher lows), and bouncing off a Support turned Resistance area, which will eventually lead to a breakout one way or the other.

Looking at the recent price action, my bias would be short on this pair
MarketMilk’s Trend Strength analysis for this pair also seems bullish.
