Using MT4 and Oanda?

I am using MT4 to trade a demo account, but I want to open a live account with Oanda which doesnt have MT4 support. Is it possible to search for trades with FXCM’s MT4 platform, then place those trades with Oanda? Or will the difference in price between the two brokers make it impossible?

There should not be much difference. many traders use mt4 for charting and a different broker to place trades

Oh yes, it’s quite possible.

I and many others do exactly that.

Interbank is my charting, Oanda is my real money account. Spread is a little different but not by much.
Most of the time Oanda has tighter spread.
One thing I notice is the price. Oanda is already higher or lower then MT4 on Interbank and that is sometimes a entry problem.
In short, you get used to it and watch them both at the same time on your screen.
