Hello, I was wondering if anyone could tell me if payoutoptions is a legit platform or if it’s a scam ?

i have searched in google about payoutoption , lots of information in there including regulation and all others, hope its more appropriate to move on there.
I’ve searched Google, I’ve read the information, I really just need someone to tell me if what they see is legit, i cant just trust myself, does what you see look legit or not Neil ? They’re asking me to upgrade to withdraw

If so, its BS. Dont put money in, don’t give them any details. Withdraw any money if you have deposited. If they dont give it back. You can try and complain otherwise take it as a lesson to research and ask questions before you deposit not the other way round. Build on your education and learn about forex first. Best of luck.

Normally you just put in a request and it goes straight to your account. How do you upgrade?

Lol you’re getting scammed. Dont upgrade. Just request a withdrawal via email so you have proof. Can you call them?
So theres two numbers, a US number and a UK number, I’ve added both to my phone and they come up on WhatsApp, I’ve messaged them both and the US number messaged back asking how they can help and please can they get my name, I want to phone but I’m based in South Africa and I dont think I can make international calls on my service provider
I can give you the transaction the way I understand it happened if that will help, my boyfriend did this with a broker “selatradingsolutions” he bought 300 USD BTC through Abra and then transferred it to the payoutoptions address given to him (I assume) and then the broker took control with something called auto pilot, I’ll carry on in a next reply
She has been in constant contact with him for the past almost week, tell him when to log on every day to check his profits, she also gave him 1500 USD because of covid 19, please be aware that I am already extremely dubious of all of these things but I decided to let him do his thing because he said he researched. The contact has not stopped and even after the email he received about needing to upgrade she still hasnt stopped contacting him, she has told him to borrow the money and that he must try his best to get this right and “let’s get this right”
And now we sit in this situation where I’ve sat for 4 hours trying to find any info at all about this company and about this woman. I found absolutely nothing, my last resort was to post on a forum hoping someone had gotten money out of this platform. Unfortunately I was not the one that made the choice to put money in here. This was with a broker, who had what seemed like legitimate proof of people she had made money.
Just ask via WhatsApp and email them too requesting withdrawal. If not, tell them.you’ll complain.to the regulators and you’ll leave negative feedback online.
If not, you’ll have to actually complain to whoever they’re regulated by. Good luck.
