So I’m kind of a visual learner, that if I read books I will easily get bored coz I feel that its way too wordy and tired to find where and what is exactly the point the writer want to say. Even though I believe that the author of the book is much credible than most of youtube gurus I’ve ever watched.
Anybody having the same situation and how to overcome?
Then DO!
Open a demo account and learn, visually. Better yet, start reading (sorry, bear with me) BabyPips School of pipsology and practice what you learn, as you learn it. This makes having to read it much more fun.
Babypips pipsology articles are mostly straight to the point, thats what I like.
But when I want to dig deeper into a specific topic, I know there are few good books on it.
And there is my brickwall
Reading books are good to learn forex deeply but if you have no interest in reading books then you can start trading with demo account and do more and more practice to become good and successful trader.
Hi and welcome to BabyPips. I have spent a lifetime reading books, but in the 1990s started slowly to make use of the internet. Fast forward to the 20s, and I spend about 90% of my time absorbing social media and websites, blogsites vlogsites and my favourite site to learn from visually is Youtube. I make extensive use of Microsoft One Note in which I have created tabs as “books”, pages and sub-pages on tabs for specific content. I copy the URL links to the sites, and sometimes copy/paste some screenshots that were memorable.
As an example of the type of presentation material I find most attractive, here is one about the products that were being packaged by the big banks that led to the 2008 global financial collapse. It always makes me smile when I watch it again. Many topics are covered similarly on Youtube.
I think Youtube videos will be the best option to learn properly.
