Hellooooo!
I just realized it’s been a while since I last saw people here talk about crypto.
I wonder what it will take for people to go back to trading crypto again and talking about it as much as before? ![]()
Are crypto volumes traded declining, @ria_rose ?
I tried to google this question and looked quickly at the home pages of about 8 sites that purport to monitor this, and I still don’t know! It’s not easy to understand? ![]()
Bitcoin’s been in the news quite a bit, over the last few days, I think? That maybe increases volumes traded?
Bitcoin making correction and so that the alts rolling back, soon it will be moving upwards when the people lose hopes for it and surprises everyone.
How do you know? And if people all lose hope, then what’s going to make the price rise? ![]()
Might the causation there possibly be exactly the opposite way round from what you‘ve suggested: it’s the increase in volumes traded that actually puts Bitcoin in the news, don’t you think?
I would think it’s much more the price movements than the volumes traded.
There may be a correlation between the two, of course, but a big swing in the price is surely far more likely to be newsworthy than a narrow-range price oscillation on unusually high volume?
