What's cooking?

Sounds good to me!

Do you mean within driving distance? Or farther?

Prefer within driving distance, not like I’m going on a vacation , lol :+1:

Everyday should be a vacation. Aim high!

Nope! That’s why they’re all getting the same thing.

Actually, all burgers should be cooked well-done, anyway.

Ground meat has to be cooked thoroughly.

All the germs that were on the outside, are now on the inside, too.

I can’t believe she started with neck bones. I had no idea Asian cuisine gets down with neck bones. The only time I ever heard of neck bones was when southern cooking was going on.

I’ve never had them. But, now I wanna try!

She said the neck bone broth is better than any ramen packet. I can’t even comment on that because the only ramen I’ve ever had was instant.

The good thing about making ramen broth yourself is that you can control the sodium content. Besides that, you can change the taste however you want, as well.

My neighbor enjoys a burned hot dog from a grill, does anyone else?

I really do. Especially with plenty of ketchup and/or not-too-strong mustard.

I also worry about people saying this can be carcinogenic, but it’s not something I eat regularly and just hope it’s safe in moderation(?).

I think there’s a difference between “lightly charred” and “burned”.

Charred can give some texture—a little crunch. But burned doesn’t sound pleasant to me. Haha

I Tried the $560 MENU at One of Asia’s MOST LUXURIOUS Restaurants

Impressive. I can’t believe its gambling revenue doubles Las Vegas.

I think before I could go to a restaurant like this, I should experience less fancy restaurants.

I should start with a one star restaurant, then two, then three. As of right now, I couldn’t tell the difference between any of them.

I completely agree; for me good food is good food. The types of dishes served may differ, but if it’s good, that’s what truly matters to me.
