When do you START your trading?

I’m curious about workflow. Do most of you start your trading periods in sync with the market; ie, you start when NY, London, Tokyo, etc. open?

2hrs prior to London open, analysis, bloomberg, breakfast, swim, gym.

Well just by chance the hours I have available to trade are from 12 to 4 pm (GMT) so it fits in nicely with the London and New York open.

As a newbie, i wouldn’t know the best times to trade, however; i only look at candles/formations (throughout the day) and trade accordingly. Not paying attention to sessions etc
