Has somebody heard of her?
I don’t seem to find neither her posts nor her on members list. 
Apparently someone gave her some feedback on how they felt about her communication skills/style, so she left saying she didn’t need that. 
yeah, that was unfortunate, I wish she had stayed. She had some good insights even though some of it went over my head sometimes.
Mmm that’s a pity. One good contibutor less around here.

I don’t have anything against her, but the last few threads she participated it in, it seemed like everyone of them she was looking for an argument or to be condescending. Maybe it’s better she took a break before coming back.
I think she’ll be back.

I backtracked my thread and her old post there now says cas, guest.
It appears her entire user profile has been deleted.
Same thing happened with MrsAmandaT if anyone remembers her. I saw on one of the admin’s profiles, under visitor messages I think, that she had been pissed off and had herself and all her posts deleted.
Phil838 gone awol, Tymen on holiday, Tess and co gone (although some new members are filling their shoes well).
I wonder what’s going on around here, is the environment so tough here that it wears you out? Maybe, I can feel a bit of that myself sometimes.
I don’t thinks it tough. I think the older members just get sick of answering teh same questions over and over. That or they progress to the point where this forum doesn’t hold any more interest or give up on trading.
That’s too bad, I enjoyed her posts. She’ll be missed in the USD/CAD threads.
I like reading as many peoples views as possible, kind of gives a real big picture and it is not complete without cas.

As one, who on more than one occasion, has been on the receiving end of her condescension, I felt that her tone was often out of place (no, I was not the one who complained though I would have liked to have at times). I was sure that it would only be a matter of time until someone else did though. More often than not it seemed that her intent was not to build up but to tear down new FX traders. You don’t encourage people by making them feel like failures before they ever learn to walk. She is a bully. Sorry, but it’s true.
I think being made to feel stupid by someone who is obviously an experienced floor trader as Cas is, is like someone with a PhD calling 1st graders dummies. I mean seriously, this a damned NEWBIE forum, it says so right at the front door! If you more experienced traders are tired of us newbies asking “dumb” questions, go to another forum. Yes it gets boring sometimes, but really folks…
Personally I find people like Kenneth Lee, who has a lot more humility than Cas ever will, to be a far superior contributor than Cas ever was, or probably ever will be. At least most of the time he has useful and practical information to share and does it in a way that is coherent and does not insult.
I appreciate the fact that there are many experienced traders at all stages of their learning that hang around here and are willing to contribute and offer their insight. It is what keeps this site interesting.
Let’s not lose sight of what this forum is about.

Cas may have been [I]dismissive[/I] at times (honestly, I never found her all that harsh) but she always answered my questions and I will second that Cas was among the few true experts here whose contributions were substantial.
It is unfortunate for these forums that a thin-skinned whiner (who honestly won’t last a day in the real forex trading world with that personality) can drive away a good poster who was helping so many others.

Cases messages have more and more insults and less constructive criticism. There is alot of people learning on this board and they can make easy targets.I dont think Phoenix is one of them.
I guess iam the BOZO!:eek: This was my reply to her after reading her replys to Phoenix and Valkryder.She never directed any criticism at me but i thought it warranted a responce.Like Phoenix said i hope she will be back, i enjoyed her insights on the fundamentals and future crossovers.But Pleeease Cas take it easy on us newbies.

Ok. What made CAS to leave was between me and her.She was browbeating newbies most of the time when they asked questions and i asked her to tone her language down a bit.She just descended on me with scurrilous remarks and i still tried to be civil with her but was firm that her behavior was arrogant.Next, she just said she was done with this forum.May she was tired of this forum already but just hid behind my altercations with her to leave.I dont know.
In any event,I have no apology for calling her out.Nobody is indispensable.You just need to be humble,ever if you know everything inside out in forex or your middle name is DOLLAR.I will still do the same again if circumstances permit.

I didn’t realize Cas is not here anymore till i read this thread. Cas was giving some excellent insights. However as some of the members pointed out i found Cas’s remarks too sarcastic sometimes. Just few days back she was suggesting someone to meet a psychatrist while all the member needed was guidance to do well in forex. Like most of us here i will also miss her. Btw i am not seeing Phil too. Is he still around ? He is another great contributor.
