Any is fine really. I use JAFX for demo and normal.

Where are you based?
Probably best to find a regulated broker local to you

Indeed.
Pick a broker that is regulated with a reputable authority.
Local ones are always good. Especially if they are well regulated.
I’d suggest you look for one that has the same trading conditions on demo as you’d get on live.
That way you’d be testing out your strategies at conditions as close to live as possible.
If the broker is a DMA/STP model - that’s an added bonus.

The broker that is best for a demo account is the same broker that is best for a live account. There should be little difference between the two accounts in terms of performance, and if there is more than a little difference it’s time to look for a new broker.
