On Metatrader 4 there’s already a Demo account built in its app when I downloaded it however my Broker offers a Demo account too that requires a separate log in I guess.
Which one you guys use?

Hi, I assume, you have live account, you are ready to live trading?. Demo account is mainly for practice and check, how the market, platform works, where will you open demo is not that much important on this trading level. Regards Greg
Try to use the demo where, there is no restriction like 6 months, 8 months demo! Because, unlimited demo is very much important!
I am sure they are both serving same purpose, all for practice.
You can use any of these two! By the way, try to use your demo as like your live trading account!
Do you have the login details of the 1st demo trading account? I suppose, you don’t have the details! So, my recommendation will be the 2nd one!
You can just go onto any broker’s website (like Oanda or CedarFX for example) and click to open a free demo to get the login details. Seems like the easier route!
Mt4 is a good platform to do demo trading as it easy and informative.
you can just use the demo account that the broker you are choosing provided for you, that one will be connected to their server so you can practise while also check out their trading conditions.
demo is good , no way to deny but the knowledge we get from the demo account actually not works in a real account.
from my first day of trading i have been using MT4 that is really comfortable and secure than others.
As a newbie I find MT4 very easy and informative.
Good point, no need for stress. He should use the one that is easily accessible.
