Which forex broker shall i choose?

I am planning to fund 15k usd. Which broker shall i choose? Shall i open mini or standard account? Please help.

WOW - 15k, that sure is alot!! Can you afford to lose it without any stress or loss of sleep?

Bud, I know things are for the most part all relative, but I would probably only start with 5k at the very most - but that depends on your forex experience and how much you’ve. For example, I started on a mini-account of $100 bucks or so untill i got the hand of things.

How long you been trading and experimenting with this Forex stuff??? Tell us a little about yourself with regard to the Forex scene.

Hi Se7en, I has little experience in forex trading:D. Not more than 2 month:p, but i have been in options trading for 3 years. As i compare options to forex, they are almost similar. I believe that Options trading is more complex than forex due to the term of “implied Volatility”. I am very new to forex, so my question here is which broker is more reliable. I am using ACM demo now. Is this broker ok?

Well as you were mentioned before that’s a lot of money. Personally I think you should start with a mini account. That way you just start with a few and get used to live trading, when you’re all done and have a really good strategy go with a standard one. Now, talking about the broker, well check the brokers section review. I work with tradeview and they have been quite a good broker so far. Read about them and others, of course, that way you’ll take the best decision.

I think that opening an account with that amount of money is not like something to be astonished. For some of us that is like our life saving and more hahahahaha but if you have already a good money and risk management, go ahead. What I recommend you to do for that amount of cash is to use the multiaccount manager, very useful program to distribute your money.

15k?? Wow. I wish i have that kind of money

I don’t know about others but i would suggest either etoro, instaforex, saxobank, liteforex or dukascopy.

Just my 2 cents

What about Tradeview, have you try with them?

Tradeview works very well. He’s my broker and I haven’t had any problems so far, is a broker that I highly recommend. However I also highly recommend to visits the NFA and check more about brokers. But no doubt Tradeview is great as a broker. Take care.

It is important to notice when choosing a broker if they have fixed or non-fixed spreads (there are lots of scalpers and maybe you could be one) and rollover interest.
But I really think demo practice is vital before going live
The main idea is getting familiar with the software because you have good experience
