Which RSI?

What period RSI is the recommended period? I use RSI 10. I don’t know a whole lot about RSI periods. Could someone help me out. What are your suggestions?

30 and 70

or

20 and 80

Could you explain your reasoning for those periods and what time frame they work well in?

I think he might be referring to which Conditions indicate over bought or oversold. Aka Above/below 80/20 or 70/30. I personally use up to RSI(14) for volatile or noisy pairs, and low as RSI(7) for more calm pairs

Mine RSI:
7 - 14 - 30 - 45 - 60

u can choose either one. any question y i put RSI so many? the more u predict, chance of success also high, am i rite?
