Hello, I’m new to trading, I’ve been trying to understand why did this broke the trend line.
At the beginning it formed a nice uptrend, then a bit a of resistance line and then broke all of it and flew far up.
This is the part of trading that sucks.
The market just does what it does. Any and all indicators are SUGGESTIVE.
Perhaps the experienced traders will speak differently. I’m new, myself.
There are no indicators that can predict where the market goes.
That’s the purpose of stop losses and OCOs (one-cancels-the-other) orders. You gotta protect your money.

This is the part of trading that makes profits. If price didn’t change there wiould be nothing to trade. Learn to read candle sticks, all the indication for that move are there in front of you. Today at 7 am PDT in the US, the US Consumer Confidence report was issued. It is a very important report. Since Corona virus, almost all economic news for the US is bad. What you see is the value of the Canadian Dollar versus the US Dollar increased. Many people made good money on that trade. Learning to see it before it happens is key.
