The euro has been strengthening when the budget for stimulating the economy of eurozone was announced. I have watched several videos regarding this and all of them has stated that a stimulation of economy would lead to depreciating currency.
Now, im a bit of confused. Why did the euro gain strength?
Trading is not as black and white as - Country X is printing money so Country X’s currency will lose value.
If it was that easy, this site would not exist, nor would your question.
You need to develop your own way of interpreting why the market is doing something, and then use that filter to understand market moves day after day. There is no secret formula for this.
