Hi,
When u r living on country not speaking english as mother tongue not easy send document in english, any way
i sent all info my name - bank- copy of my credit card- passport in english BUT they want my home address or national id in english, Why brokers need that much home address??:confused:

Ps: Does Alpari live account that hard?

If they are based in the US they have to meet requirements for all of their new accounts. Post 9/11 all of the banks/brokerages are required to keep detailed reports and information on all of their clients.
