In forex we deal with risk that is always stressful to wait for proper time to adjust it. Actually a lot of patience is required to do good trading . It seems boring when we make a plan manage risk according to the market situation because we have to remain careful and concerned all the time , can not be relax if want good trading.

If you have a plan, solid money management, and faith in yourself, there is no reason at all for trading to always be stressful.
If you’re always stressed or cannot relax, how can you make decisions with any clarity?
